What's Not Included (And Why)
Custom cabinetry or built-ins — Our systems use professional-grade modular components. For custom millwork, we recommend local craftspeople and coordinate with them.
Floor coating or epoxy — We recommend contractors and schedule around their work. We include floor mats in parking zones when appropriate.
Electrical work — Additional outlets or lighting circuits require a licensed electrician. We identify needs during consultation.
Premium storage components — Standard packages include basic-to-mid-tier hardware. Higher-end components are quoted separately. Labor is always included.
Pricing Questions
Do you charge by the hour? +
No. Every package is fixed-price. You know the total cost before we start, and it doesn't change regardless of how long the project takes. Hourly billing creates anxiety and incentivizes inefficiency.
What if my project falls between two packages? +
That's what the free consultation is for. We can adjust scope within a package to fit your specific situation. We'll always be upfront about what each package can accomplish for your space.
Are hardware and materials included? +
Yes. Standard hardware — wall tracks, brackets, hooks, shelving, overhead racks — is included. Premium or specialty components are quoted separately during consultation. Most projects complete entirely within the package price.
Do you offer payment plans? +
We accept all major credit cards and split payment into 50% at booking and 50% upon completion. For The Full Build, we discuss alternative arrangements during consultation.
What if I'm not satisfied? +
Every package includes a 30-day satisfaction follow-up. We return, assess how systems are performing, and make adjustments at no additional cost. We stand behind permanent transformation.
