Organization Is What We Do. Transformation Is What You Get.

Vaulted exists because of a simple observation: the most expensive spaces in people's homes are often the least functional.

Greater Boston homeowners invest $800,000, $1,000,000, $2,000,000 or more in their properties — and then surrender entire rooms to clutter, chaos, and avoidance. The garage becomes a storage unit. The basement becomes a graveyard for things nobody wants to deal with. The spare bedroom becomes a catch-all that everyone walks past with a twinge of guilt.

We started Vaulted to fix that. Not with bins and labels and Instagram-worthy drawer dividers, but with real infrastructure. Storage systems that are engineered to keep spaces organized permanently. Processes that handle every aspect of the transformation so homeowners don't have to project-manage their own decluttering. And a philosophy that treats every square foot of your home as space worth reclaiming.

Our Founder

This section is waiting for your story — who you are, what led you to start Vaulted, and your personal connection to the work.

What belongs here: your background, what made you realize most organization services were surface-level, why you decided to build a company that installs permanent systems, and your focus on Greater Boston's specific housing stock.

Transformation, Not Cleanup

The home organization industry has a dirty secret: most organized spaces revert to chaos within six months. Clients pay for a beautiful afternoon of sorting and folding, take a satisfying photo, and watch it all unravel over the following weeks.

Vaulted was built on the premise that this cycle is a design failure, not a discipline failure. People don't need more willpower to stay organized. They need better systems.

That's why every Vaulted project includes physical storage infrastructure. Wall-mounted tracks, ceiling racks, modular shelving, drawer systems, and zone-based layouts that make the organized state the easiest state to maintain. We don't ask you to change your behavior. We design environments where the organized option is the path of least resistance.

This philosophy extends to how we scope projects. We don't charge by the hour because hourly billing incentivizes inefficiency and creates anxiety for clients watching the clock. We offer fixed-price packages with clear deliverables. You know what you're getting and what it costs before we start.

What Sets Us Apart

We're Builders, Not Sorters

Our team installs professional-grade storage systems. Track-mounted wall systems. Overhead garage racks. Custom shelving configurations. This isn't IKEA assembly. It's skilled installation work designed for your specific space, your specific walls, and your specific needs.

We Handle the Hard Part

Sorting is emotionally exhausting. Hauling is physically exhausting. Coordinating donations, recycling, and disposal is logistically exhausting. We do all of it. You make the keep-or-go decisions. We execute everything else.

We Know Your Neighborhood

We're not a national franchise parachuting into Boston. We work in Newton, Wellesley, Brookline, Lexington, Needham, Winchester, Cambridge, Back Bay, and Marblehead every week. We know the housing stock, the garage styles, and the basement challenges.

We Stand Behind Our Work

Our 30-day satisfaction check-in isn't a formality. We come back, assess how the systems are performing, and make adjustments. Our Seasonal Swap service extends this for ongoing support.

Our Process

01

Consultation (Free)

We visit your home or do a video walkthrough. We assess the space, listen to your goals, and recommend the right package. No pressure. If a smaller package will solve your problem, we'll say so.

02

Planning

We design your storage system configuration and zone plan before arrival day. For larger projects, we share the plan in advance. We also coordinate donation pickups and disposal logistics.

03

Execution

Our team arrives with tools, hardware, and everything needed. We work efficiently and respect your home — drop cloths, shoe covers, careful wall work. Multi-day projects are cleaned up each evening.

04

Handoff

We walk you through every zone, every system, and the reasoning behind the layout. You understand why things are where they are so it feels intuitive, not imposed.

05

Follow-Up (30 Days)

We check in one month later. This is built into every package because we genuinely want to know if our design is performing in real life. We adjust if needed.
